Returns Policy

For orders from China warehouse we will send by door to door freight service from our freight forwarder.Generally speaking the reference shipping time is:
1. 30-45 working days to the UK and European countries
2. 30-50 working days to the United States and Canada
3. 15-25 working days to Southeast Asian countries and Australia
4. 30-45 working days to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates
Please understand that the above shipping time is normal.Delays due to force majeure cannot be ruled out,but we will certainly actively seek solutions to ensure that your order arrives on time.
1. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected to be,and in that unlike event we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.Once you receive a shipping notification,it is too late to cancel the order and you must request a return.
2. We accept returns within 7 days of original arrived date as long as the item is in the original sealed product box,unopened,and undamaged.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
4. We may elect to not accept or authorize return of products that are not in their unopened,original packaging,or have been altered or modified with third-party or aftermarket parts or components.
5.Once the product has been returned to us and has been ascertained to be complete (including the"original sealed"product box,with the unit in its original packing materials) and undamaged.Your purchase price,less shipping and handling,will be refunded to you.We do not refund any shipping costs of the returns due to the non-quality issues.
6. If your order is shipped from China,you need to send the goods to the nearest designated location overseas warehouse.
7. If you encounter a quality problem with the product and need to return it,For appearance damage:we need you to feedback the problem within 48 hours of receiving the goods,
8. For damage to product parts:the warranty period is 2 years.
9. You will also need to provide sufficient photos and videos to demonstrate the quality issue.
10.We will return the full amount of your order after verifying the situation,but we need your assistance to send the goods to our designated warehouse or maintenance point.Man-made damage is not covered by this commitment.If you disassemble our product before reporting your problem,you will no longer be covered by our warranty.When you provide us with video materials,we will ask you to provide a video of the entire disassembly and inspection process.
11.We will bear all shipping costs due to quality problems.
12.If you find it difficult to return,and it is still possible to continue using our product.For damage covered by warranty,we also recommend that you use our free replacement parts.Or we will provide a certain amount of compensation after negotiation.

One Of The Following Conditions Does Not Qualify For Warranty Or Return:
1.Test and dispose of the vehicle for sale.
2.Products or accessories that are beyond the three-pack period.
3. The user is damaged due to improper use,repair and maintenance according to the instructions of the end.
4.Poor and damaged due to natural disasters,man-made disasters,irresistible forces or chemical attack.
5.For accessories that do not need to be returned,proof materials such as videos or pictures cannot be provided.
6. Damage caused by modification or addition or subtraction of other accessories.
7.It is a vulnerable or consumable item in normal use (accessory coating,inner tube,thread tube,order piece,sprocket,chain,pedal).It is not covered by human injury,damage, normal wear and tear.
